I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the process. I particularly liked that you enter your own details via computer in to the rental contract. This was my first time skiing and hiring equipment and the staff were very good at explaining things to me.
I am glad I receved this survey because after my rental experience, I wanted to acknowledge the AWESOME staff at Telluride Sports where I rented. Each and every one of them were soooo AWESOMe. They were polite and very helpful. I can't say enough about them. They made it so easy to rent and assisted me in getting the perfect boot. When I left, I thanked them and told them they were the best... Their response was, "No, you are the best!" Nice group of staff..... If and when I'm able to return, I will again do business with Telluride Sports. Renting was never a hassle. Thank you again.

We have been coming to Aspen and to Aspen Sports for 5 years! We are already booked to come next Christmas and maybe in March! We have always loved the service and the warm and friendly folks in rentals! Thank you for making our trips so wonderful!

Everyone was extremely nice and very helpful, we had to bring boots back due to issues and they were very helpful. Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The offer to store the rented equipment every day was an added bonus so we didn't have to carry it back to the hotel each day. Also getting welcomed by the staff each day made a great start to the day. The staff in the shop in CB also on more than more occasion carried my skiis up the stairs for me - i couldn't fault them.
Equipment was provided in very short order - received new, never worn boots. Used the store inside the Village. The staff was awesome! We skied 15 days with numerous exchanges...they were ALWAYS helpful. We periodically stored there too. Great experience. They all deserve a bonus.
If one has the season demo pkg at Vail, it is not transparent as to where he reserves.
(Regarding the return process) à Could not have been easier. Walk in, scan equipment, done.
