Super staff...especially the manager, and his assistants Val, May and Carol at your shop at the base of Peak 9 at Breck....
Richard, the manager at Aspen Sports is excellent. Loved Seth, who helped us, even though initially he didn't know about the vouchers, and also Glynn was very nice and cheerful. Good hiring and great management at that location.
Everyone we met at Telluride Sports tried their best to be freindly and helpful. Not a sour puss in the bunch, even though I know they were dealing with some less than nice customers.
The staff had great comments/advice about the rental for our young son and had quite a bit of usuful information regarding what we should or shouldn't need for him - definitely not trying to upsell us, but rather help us make the best, most informed decision. Thanks a million for a great experience - we rented through your Winterpark Iron Horse Resort location. High commendations for speed on getting us in and out of there - fastest rental process ever, best boots, most knowledgeable and friendliest staff!! I could go on and on......

My wife and I had a wonderful vacation at Keystone. With the equipment rental right there at the mountain and ease of the procees, it was a great experience. We will definitely use your services again.
Easy from start of a net search for rental ski equip in South Lake Tahoe. Equipment beautiful requested skis not stocked but brought in from a sister rental store. The sight of my requested Volkl AS30 skis with my name in large letters on the rental contract made me smile. Friendly store folks and the store was located in the lobby of my hotel! Thanks great experience Dave G
Only to once again say how pleased and impressed I am with the staff you have employed. They are truly first rate in a world where customer service seems to have been forgotten.
the equipment was in good order, staff was very friendly and helpfull, and the process was relatively quick. On my second day I asked to swap out my snowboard. The staff helped me do this very quickly and without any problems.
-LOVED how we could get the rentals from Vail, Beaver Creek, AND Breckenridge all rented on line and then we just picked up paper work at store near us and took it to other stores! AWESOME!!!!!! TOPS!! THANKS!!
I don't usually rent because I own skis that I travel with. But this trip I left my skis behind and just brought my boots. I was impressed with the quality of your rentals and the condition in which they are kept. Thanks!
I forgot to get my poles before I left shop, didn't realize till I was on the gondala ...got off at the first stop midway up and gift shop lady called down to the store & they sent some up to me, saved me a long trip down. Thanks
Definitely would rent again and refer to friends due to friendliness of staff and fairness in not charging for extra days for my friends. Also, online specials pricing was excellent!
The best ski rental experience ever! Other offsite places may offer somewhat lower prices but for the convience, rentski in the hotel cannot be beat !! Thanks

I left my fanny pack (with credit cards and cash in the pack) laying on the stairs close to the check out stand and I was called within 20 minutes that I left the fanny pack there. I really appreciated the honesty and concern shown by your staff.
The Demo skis had a nice wax but the edges were average. The whole process and location made everything very convenient. (parking, renting, ticketing etc...) I would rent again. Thank you.
I will always rent from the St. Regis, especially as long as Billy is there! We love coming into the store and seeing Billy's smiling face, year after year.
last time i dealt with rental equipment/rental process was 15 years ago and it was not pleasant.....now, the staff, IT equipment in place, time spent filling out forms/getting processed and quality of gear is so much better--i was very surprised. Thanks again!
I would like to recognize the employee who processed my rental return. He exceeded my expectations and went well above the level of customer service I expected.
I had cosidered bringing my gear with me but the price and equipment available at RentSkis.com made for an easy choice. The prices were the best we found anywhere, the return process was easy, renting online was easy, and overall I had a very good experience
